With respect to the courtesy shipping label policy, this policy is neither posted on the website, nor was it communicated to me when I reached out to exchange the bag for a different color. I was unaware of FPs return policy because I did not purchase the item as it was a gift. FP responded that: (1) Their return policy on their website states that return shipping costs are not covered by FP and (2) FP provides a courtesy shipping label for the very first gift return/ exchange, but any additional exchanges beyond that point are not eligible for a shipping label. In several e-mails, I requested FP to reconsider and to provide a prepaid shipping label. The cost of returning the item via **** is $50, nearly 1/3 the cost of the bag ($185). Although FP granted my request, I was told that I would not be provided a prepaid shipping label. I was not pleased by this color either and reached out to FP on Decemto return this item and refund my friend who gifted me the bag. I received the new color, Cognac Classic Diaper Bag II (Order # *******) on November 27, 2021. No other information about FPs return policy was communicated to me in this email. On November 16, 2021, FP e-mailed me a prepaid shipping label. I e-mailed FP on Novemto ask about exchanging the bag for a different color. On November 13, 2021, I received the Ebony Classic Diaper Bag II as a gift (Order# *******). I am requesting a prepaid shipping label to return an item. Order # *******įreshly Pickeds return policy is deceptive and not fully communicated to its customers. If you charge close to $200 for a bag you should stand behind the quality. I am so disappointed in not only the bag but the company. This time I was told there was nothing they could do because the bag was a replacement bag and was final sale. I contacted freshly picked again and let them know. I just noticed that the bag is peeling at the bottom. I have only take on the bag out of the van a handful of times. I keep my bag in my van and use it to hold spare diapers, wipes and clothes. This was over the Christmas break, when we got home from vacation, around the new year, I received my new replacement bag. Once I had a good address I contacted freshly picked again and they sent me a new bag. They offered to replace the bag, however, I did not have a good forwarding address at the time. We were about to move but I contacted the company anyways to let the know what happened. After using the bag for two weeks I noticed the snap broke off. I splurged and paid way more for this bag than I have paid for any bag ever. I purchased a diaper bag from Freshly Picked before giving birth to my son in 2021. I proved the condition of the bag aside from the missing magnet and spoke to several employees, who I might add (aside from the one who told me to fix it myself) were all lovely. I wish this could have been addressed in a different manner as I feel very few companies would tell you to "fix it yourself" when something is defective with the product has been defective. Instead, I now have a very expensive diaper bag in which the flap no longer functions and I must seek out repairs myself after sending everything requested from order history and confirmation, videos, photos, descriptions etc. I did not ask for a refund, I did not ask for a replacement bag if it was not needed, I was simply asking for a solution such as a replacement magnet so I can correct the defect. Firstly, there are little to no items on the site for $30 dollars nor do I want to spend more money with a business who does not stand by their product. I provided all of the information asked for and at the end of the conversation, I was offered a $30 credit to their website because that's what it should cost for me to go out and fix the bag myself. My bag is in pristine condition aside from this defect which I noticed has been an issue for others while reading through these threads. I noticed within less than 6 months of using it, that the magnet somehow completely fell off somewhere. I purchased a Freshly Picked Diaper Bag prior to the arrival of our first child.
